HAAR is a new arts organisation whose mission is to deliver ambitious and impactful projects in the Western Isles. We create experiences that highlight our natural and cultural heritage, surprise and challenge audiences through artistic risk taking, and engage in meaningful community participation.

With a strong background in cross-disciplinary and site responsive work, we have a network of talented collaborators in the Hebrides and throughout Scotland which we draw together to devise our projects.
